Cancellation Policy
Booking fee will not be refunded for appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment time, or if you are not present at the address for services to be completed (out of courtesy, I will wait 10 minutes and will need to move on to my next client.)
In the extremely rare event that an appointment is canceled by me due to an unforeseen emergency, you will receive a refund for your entire booking fee.
